Black Lives Matter + update
Writing this immediately after the UFC event.
My bets were
- Mazo v Kish - Going the distance
- Martinez v Romanov - Not going the distance
- Avila v Eubanks - Going the distance
- Hill v Waterson - Hill winning.
What happened is I won in the middle 2. The notes to be taken are with WMMA just bet on the decision. The Roxanne fight also went into a decision. There was a Bellator event but I did not go "All in on Coker" (look it up) this week.

A lot of what I wrote earlier is starting to come true. Leg locks are being used as sweeps. Finishing isn't a threat
Like Eddie Bravo says, "Leglocks keep you safe." Neiman Gracie won with an inside heelhook from a honeyhold and began to promote Danaher's Enter the System DVDs. Renzo and Danaher in his corner.
The Hill-Waterson fight was sketchy with multiple people scoring it for Hill. That's £4 down the drain.
This also breaks the Godard streak. Its been noted when referee Marc Godard is officiating, thedarker skinned fighter always wins. I thought about making a "Marc Godard" loves black people compilaton for YouTube. In tonight's fight he let Hill get away with an upkick to a downed opponent.
Next week's card looks interesting. Former champion Tyron 'The Frozen One' Woodley is a massive underdog. Putting down £1 would net you £4. So, why not ?

There are some other plans for this blog like writing longer pieces but I generally like to keep my writing as short as possible. I have about 3 drafts saved up that I will trickle out as time goes on.
I did get a new cheapo Chinese prime lens that I will be testing out as soon as I post this.
